Privacy Policy: 247 Page Manager
247 Page Manager is an internal publishing and analytics tool built and operated by Citadel Solutions. It is used exclusively by our own team to manage Facebook Pages that we administer. It is not offered to the public, has no external users, and provides no login or signup for anyone outside our organization.
What the tool accesses
- Metadata about Facebook Pages our team administers (names, identifiers, categories, follower counts).
- Content our team publishes to those Pages (posts, videos, comments) and its performance metrics (reactions, comments, shares, reach, plays, watch time).
- Aggregated, anonymous audience statistics for those Pages as provided by Meta (for example, audience age ranges and countries).
What the tool does not access
- No personal data of Page followers or visitors: no names, profiles, messages, or contact information of any individual.
- No data from any Page we do not administer.
- No data from anyone who is not a member of our team.
How data is stored and used
Data retrieved from Meta is stored on hardware controlled by Citadel Solutions and is used solely to schedule and publish our own content and to measure how that content performs. It is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising targeting outside Meta's own tools.
Data retention and deletion
Stored metrics are retained for internal analysis and can be deleted at any time. To request deletion of any data, or to ask any question about this policy, contact rich@plangap.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.
Meta platform compliance
The tool accesses Meta services through official Meta APIs, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not automate any interaction with Meta's user interfaces.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
